Minamo Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Minamo app ("App"), provided by Heartius Lab ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Minamo, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.

2. About the App

Minamo is a wellness app designed to help you manage and reflect on your daily life through sleep tracking, meal logging, activity recording, and daily check-ins. The App is intended to support your well-being and self-awareness.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information and suggestions provided by Minamo, including AI-generated content, are for reference and self-care purposes only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional. Do not use Minamo as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

4. AI Features

Minamo may provide features that use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate advice, insights, or other content. AI-generated content is based on your input and other available data, but accuracy and appropriateness are not guaranteed. Please use your own judgment and do not rely solely on AI-generated results.

5. Smart Alarm

The Smart Alarm feature is designed to help you wake up at an optimal time based on your sleep data. However, we cannot guarantee that the Smart Alarm will always function as intended or wake you at the desired time. For important appointments or events, please use an additional alarm as a backup.

6. Subscription and Billing

Minamo offers paid subscription plans with additional features. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the App Store (Apple). Please refer to your App Store account for details on billing, renewal, and cancellation. Deleting your Minamo account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must manage your subscription separately through the App Store.

7. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your Minamo account, your account information and data stored on our servers will be deleted first. After server-side deletion, the App will then delete your data stored on your device. Please note that subscription cancellation is not automatic upon account deletion; you must cancel your subscription through the App Store.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using Minamo, you must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights or privacy of others
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Upload or share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our permission
• Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful

9. Suspension, Changes, and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

10. Disclaimer

Minamo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App or its content. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to Minamo and Heartius Lab belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written permission.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
